Our client a UK leader in financial and automotive services would like to recruit a HR Solution Designer is responsible for designing, delivering and supporting HR solutions across a number of technology areas in the business

The individual will act as a technical design authority in order to drive the design and delivery of high-quality solutions in a cost-effective manner. They will have dotted line responsibility for other members of the team (and engaged partner resources), striving for continual process improvement.

They will work closely with the Delivery manager, HR Delivery Lead and solution architects to ensure that all solutions are designed and delivered. They will ensure designs are consistent with departmental and organisational strategy. In addition to owning the design for their given area they will also own delivery and ensure solutions are delivered within appropriate timelines.

50/50 between support and systems implementation.

Extensive knowledge of the actual workings of Sucessfactors is essential and any experience of implementation of the payroll modules is especially sought.
