Talent Development Business Partner

We are working with a growing top tier Law Firm based in the South-West who is looking to fill a newly created position as a Talent Development Business Partner. This is a unique opportunity to head and develop from scratch a new department within a fantastic Legal environment.

This opportunity is a newly legal technical training Business Partner role. Ideally, this role will be based in Bristol. However, the client is considering candidates from Southampton and Exeter as they also have offices there.

Tasks and duties:

You will report to the Executive Director of Talent Development working closely with key business stakeholders including practice group heads, legal training coordinators and knowledge champions to scope, shape and design the firm-wide legal training strategy, and to facilitate the design, development and delivery of substantive and comprehensive legal technical training across our legal teams.

This is a great opportunity to own, design a facilitate delivery of legal technical training programme across the firm's legal teams, ensuring consistent high quality and value in our legal training activities.

Requirements:

• UK Qualified Solicitor
• A credible self-starter who is able to implement a vision and a demonstrable track record of delivering operational success in this area.
• Experience of having worked within a Law Firm
• A qualification in organisational development, learning and development, or coaching is desirable but not essential.
• Able to both lead a regionally dispersed team of resources, while also working collaboratively and collegiately in a South-West distributed management team.
