We are experiencing significant growth and are seeking new talent to help fulfil the increased demand from our clients in one of our 3 core practices: consulting, search & recruitment.
The Role
Working with our experienced team of recruiters, this role will provide the successful candidate a fantastic opportunity to learn about the recruitment industry. You will be given full training and will be supporting a team of consultants within all areas of the professional services market. The main duties of the role will be:
- Proactively resourcing for new candidates
- Account managing a select few of Inventum' s clients once initial training has been provided.
- Managing candidate availability
- Updating our CRM database
- Coordinating interviews with both candidates and clients.
- Advertising vacancies on job boards
- Helping to build a pipeline of candidates to register
- Collecting competitor information
- Helping to produce pricing documents
- Assisting our marketing team

We are seeking individuals from any background or walk of life to join us in one of our 3 core practices: consulting, search & recruitment.
The Role
Working with our experienced team of recruiters, this role will provide the successful candidate a fantastic opportunity to learn about the recruitment industry. You will be given full training and will be supporting a team a very busy consultants within all areas of the professional services market. The main duties of the role will be:
- Pro-actively resourcing for candidates.
- Managing candidate availability.
- Generating leads for the recruiters.
- Updating the database with new candidates and coding clients, jobs and candidates.
- Coordinating interviews with both candidates and clients.
- Advertising vacancies on to all available job boards.
- Helping to build a pipeline of top new candidates to register.
- Sending out invitation to register messages.
- Collecting competitor information.
- Helping to produce pricing documents.
- Checking client websites for new vacancies being advertised.
- Suggesting process improvements.
- Building up information we have on our clients to send out to candidates on interview.
