Trainee Recruiter/ Delivery Consultant -HR and Legal Teams

We are experiencing significant growth and are seeking new talent to help fulfil the increased demand from our clients in one of our 3 core practices: consulting, search & recruitment.

The Role

Working with our experienced team of recruiters, this role will provide the successful candidate a fantastic opportunity to learn about the recruitment industry. You will be given full training and will be supporting a team of consultants within all areas of the professional services market. The main duties of the role will be:

  • Proactively resourcing for new candidates
  • Account managing a select few of Inventum' s clients once initial training has been provided.
  • Managing candidate availability
  • Updating our CRM database
  • Coordinating interviews with both candidates and clients.
  • Advertising vacancies on job boards
  • Helping to build a pipeline of candidates to register
  • Collecting competitor information
  • Helping to produce pricing documents
  • Assisting our marketing team

The Role

Working with our experienced team of recruiters, this role will provide the successful candidate a fantastic opportunity to learn about the recruitment industry. You will be given full training and will be supporting a team a very busy consultants within all areas of the professional services market. The main duties of the role will be:

  • Pro-actively resourcing for candidates.
  • Managing candidate availability.
  • Generating leads for the recruiters.
  • Updating the database with new candidates and coding clients, jobs and candidates.
  • Coordinating interviews with both candidates and clients.
  • Advertising vacancies on to all available job boards.
  • Helping to build a pipeline of top new candidates to register.
  • Sending out invitation to register messages.
  • Collecting competitor information.
  • Helping to produce pricing documents.
  • Checking client websites for new vacancies being advertised.
  • Suggesting process improvements.
  • Building up information we have on our clients to send out to candidates on interview.
