Growing Our Team and Global Footprint
We welcomed three fantastic new hires Jade, James, and Dylan, to strengthen our team across key areas. In an exciting step forward, we also officially launched our South Africa office, expanding our global reach and creating a wealth of new opportunities.
Strong Business Performance
In Q1, we achieved a 14% growth in NFI compared to 2024, reflecting our team's hard work and the trust placed in us by our clients. We also won 34 new clients, further expanding our network across sectors and geographies.
Record-Breaking Engagement and New Initiatives
Our latest Inclusion Masterclass was our biggest to date, attracting our highest number of attendees surpassing 250 people who are interested in ED&I. We also launched our Net Promoter Score (NPS) initiative to capture even more valuable feedback and continuously improve the way we serve our partners.
Awards and Recognition
It’s not an Inventum Group quarter without an award nomination. We’re proud to have been shortlisted for an IHR (In-House Recruitment) award, recognising the impact of our work in the ED&I and recruitment space.
Delivering Impactful ED&I Work
We continued our mission to drive inclusive change, delivering ED&I programmes at outstanding organisations including Caspian One, Uniphar, Cargill, Forvis Mazars, Signify Technology, Montagu Private Equity, ETV, Open Banking, Australian Superannuation, and Insanity.
Building Relationships and Creating Opportunities
Our business development trip to Cyprus was a great success, forging new partnerships and strengthening existing ones. We also celebrated our top performers with a High Fliers lunch at Bob Bob Ricard in Soho — a special occasion shared with Nefino, Eavan, Daniela, and our leadership team.
Supporting Our People
This quarter, we also launched our Maternity Promise offer — an important step towards ensuring that Inventum Group continues to lead in creating an inclusive, supportive workplace for all.
