Inventum Group Q2 Wins: Progress Worth Celebrating

After a strong start to 2025, Q2 brought its own set of challenges, especially across the recruitment industry. Even so, we’re taking a moment to recognise the achievements that mattered and the people who made them happen.

Meaningful conversations on inclusion
We hosted our Neurodiversity Workshop, which saw over 70 clients take part. The turnout and engagement confirmed how important inclusive learning is to our partners. We also worked with eight clients this quarter to help make their hiring practices more inclusive and accessible.

Recognition and influence in the industry
We were proud to be shortlisted again at the IHR Awards for our work around equity, diversity and inclusion. While we didn’t take home the win, it’s always encouraging to be recognised alongside industry leaders. Our own Russell was also invited to judge the APSCo Awards for Excellence, a great moment for him and for Inventum.

Building partnerships and expanding the team
We welcomed Claudia Texeira to our South Africa office, further strengthening our international presence. We also kicked off a new partnership with The Recruitment Network (TRN), opening up new possibilities for collaboration across the recruitment space.

Celebrating big moments
We closed our largest fee of the year so far this quarter, highlighting the value of consistent, quality work with great clients. Internally, we marked two important milestones: Daniela celebrated 18 years with Inventum, and James Shears turned 50 — two major moments for two much-loved team members.

Culture and connection
Q2 also gave us the chance to connect and unwind together. We hosted a brilliant High Fliers Lunch at Sexy Fish, recognising our top performers in style. We also held a relaxed Wine and Cheese Night in the office, offering everyone a well-earned break and a chance to enjoy each other’s company outside of the day-to-day.

In a tough market, it’s more important than ever to take stock of the wins. We’re proud of what the team has achieved and remain focused on building a business that supports our people, partners, and clients in real and practical ways.

If you’d like to work with us, whether that’s hiring for your team or running inclusive training we would love to speak with you.
