Assistant Accountant

Our client, a well-established Executive Search and Recruitment company based in Amsterdam is looking for an Assistant Accountant to incorporate their Finance function, assisting the business with all aspects of Sales and Purchase Ledger, in addition to supporting exciting projects. You'll be part of a close-nit team in an energetic environment, surrounded by inspiring people.

What you will do:

• Ensuring purchase and sales invoices are properly accounted for and processed
• Checking and processing hours in their digital system
• Report debtor management and DSO excess to Finance Manager
• Check and maintain master data in various digital systems

Experience Required

• A relevant bachelor's degree (preferably business economics or accountancy) work experience
• 1-2 years of experience within a Finance function
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience on Excel, Accounting packages and Afas is a particular advantage
