Our client a financial services industry in the pensions sector would like to hire a Bid Lead to manage their proposal process to their myriad of clients.
The main purpose of the role will be to act as the first point of contact for new business enquiries and managing/overseeing the process throughout. Identify opportunities on which to submit bids and feeding into the decision over whether to bid for the work. Then you will manage the new business process, write and respond to RFPs and when successful then manage a friction-less client on boarding process. This role will be key to the continued success of the business and making suggestions for improvements to processes will be a key feature of the role.
Knowledge of the Pensions industry is essential and there could be opportunity to moving into a career as a Trustee.
Experience of a bid process and excellent MS Office skills are essential.
