They are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join them in optimizing their sales, marketing, and operational strategies through insightful analysis and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate routine leasing reports to track performance and identify opportunities.
• Oversee and optimize CRM automations to streamline processes.
• Develop reports and data models to extract actionable insights from raw datasets, enhancing business strategies.
• Collaborate with Head Office Departments to plan and execute leasing strategies, supported by thorough market research and competitor analysis.
• Create and maintain raw excel data reports and models from centralized databases, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Clean and validate raw data to enable accurate reporting and interpretation.

Strategy and Controls:

• Develop strategy decks and support key sales performance reviews, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Maintain accuracy and effectiveness of booking platforms, including room listings and CRM systems.
• Coordinate bulk email campaigns to engage both current and potential customers.
• Evaluate digital marketing activities and ROI to optimize performance.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar industry, preferably within real estate or property management.
• Strong proficiency in data modeling and analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and developing large-scale data models from scratch.
• Ability to derive meaningful business insights from complex datasets.
