Reward Manager - Global Infrastructure Hub
Are you a strategic and analytical Reward professional ready to make an impact in a fast-paced environment? A leading global infrastructure hub is seeking a Reward Manager to lead the delivery of market-aligned, commercially focused compensation and benefits solutions. This is a hybrid role with 3 days on-site
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale cyclical reward activities and projects across compensation and/or benefits.
- Act as the subject matter expert, providing governance, insights, and strategic direction.
- Partner with internal stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Communications to deliver reward initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, market bench-marking, and external networking.
- Manage relationships with external providers and ensure compliance with legal and market standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in reward or benefits management within a complex, fast-paced organisation.
- Strategic mind set
- Driving gender pay gap reporting
- Strong analytical and technical excel skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
