We are currently working with an innovative and socially conscious international Pharmaceutical company who are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join their team.

You will be: Developing, implementing and managing compensation and benefits policies and procedures, coordinating annual salary and bonus reviews and manage employee plans including pension, medical and life insurance.

You will have experience with: UK compensation and benefits, Global compensation and benefits, experience with the Logistics or Pharmaceutical industries, experience with Hay, strong IT skills, Microsoft suite.

Salary: £60k

Location: Offices in London and the Midlands

Hybrid: 2 days a week
