Data & Systems Administrator
📍 London | 💰 £35,000 - £45,000 + Excellent Benefits
We're working with one of the UK's Top 100 companies to work for to find a skilled Data & Systems Administrator to join their team.
This is a great chance to contribute to a hospitality business that puts genuine care, quality food, and strong values at the centre of everything they do. You'll play a crucial part in maintaining and optimising core systems that help the team operate at their best.
What you'll be doing:
Managing the administration and optimisation of EPOS and stock systems
Supporting teams with accurate data on price lists, suppliers, and stock items
Administering menus, pricing, and promotions across systems
Resolving technical issues with providers and internal users
Maintaining security protocols and access controls
Supporting cross-functional teams with training and day-to-day use
What you'll bring:
Experience in data analysis, systems admin, and IT support (hospitality or retail preferred)
Strong knowledge of EPOS and stock systems (ideally Procure Wizard)
Ability to troubleshoot, improve processes, and support operational workflows
Experience managing user access and ensuring compliance
A collaborative mindset and great communication skills
