Inventum have partnered with a global law firm who are looking for a Designer to support their Business Development and Marketing Team across London and Europe. You will work to support briefs from ideation to creation and you will partner with a design team based in the US.

We are looking for a Digital Designer, someone who has good experience across Powerpoint and Motion. You will be responsible for conceiving and creating digital designs and graphics for a range of client-facing materials, such as pitches and capability statements, event invitations and supporting materials, social media graphics and recruitment brochures and advertisements.

Responsibilities:

* Create visually compelling digital designs for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, infographics, social media graphics, event invitations and advertisements.

* Develop motion graphics and animations to enhance digital content and engage the target audience.

* Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

* Translate complex legal concepts into visually engaging and easy-to-understand digital graphics.

* Ensure consistency of brand identity and messaging across all marketing materials.

* Create and maintain a library of digital design assets, templates, and style guides.

* Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers and photographers, to ensure high-quality output.

Skills Needed:

* 7+ years experience open to industry background, professional services or agency preferred

* Proven experience as a graphic designer with a focus on digital design and motion graphics - video editing experience desired but not essential.

* Strong portfolio showcasing expertise across all media including experience converting complex concepts into visually engaging and easy-to-understand graphics.

* Super user proficiency in PowerPoint.

* Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign as well as motion graphics software (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar).

* Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus.
