FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT - Contract Opportunities

Inventum Group are proud to partner with this leading management consultancy firm who require a number of Technical Financial Accountant experts to assist them with their external clients over the course of the next 12 months.

Inventum Group are seeking qualified Financial Accountants/Management Accountant/FP&A contract specialists who are available to embark on a number of ongoing projects, requiring skill sets ranging from IFRS, Group Reporting, Management Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Statutory Accounting, Group Consolidation, UK and US GAAP.

As a fully qualified Financial Accountant, you will be a practising member under one of the recognised accounting bodies (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) and have strength in the contract market. Key responsibilities of what we are looking for are below.

Projects that we work on include: (It would be great if you had some of the following skills):

• Half and full year end accounts preparation and audit liaison
• Prepare monthly management accounts
• Group accounts consolidation and Intercompany accounting
• Accounting for acquisitions, mergers and disposals
• Financial reporting under IFRS UK GAAP and US GAAP
• Interim financial support and troubleshooting
• Review and improvement of financial systems, processes, and controls
• Knowledge or experience working on P2P, O2C processes is desired
• Produce adhoc analysis and reports for senior management

You must be a fully qualified member of a professional accounting body such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA and ideally have experience of working within the industry and/or practice.
