The Role

As Fund Accountant, you will take responsibility for NAV oversight, Luxembourg financial statements, SPV accounting, cash movements through multi-entity structures, and a range of administrative and compliance-related tasks.

You will work closely with the Luxembourg Senior Fund Accountant and the wider global operations team, with strong exposure to service providers and investment professionals. The environment is lean, supportive, and meritocratic - perfect for someone wanting accelerated progression.

  • Support KYC/AML workflows (experience highly desirable but not essential).

Process Improvement

  • Contribute to automation, system improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.

Candidate Profile

  • 2-4+ years' experience in fund accounting within a fund administrator, asset manager or audit environment.
  • Background in private credit, real assets or alternatives is an advantage but not required.
  • Finance or accounting qualification preferred (ACCA, CPA, OEC etc.).
  • Strong understanding of fund structures, NAV calculations or Lux SPV accounting.
  • Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a lean team with evolving responsibilities.
  • Strong communicator with high integrity and collaborative mindset.
  • KYC/AML experience is a plus, or willingness to develop capability.

Team & Culture

  • Values built on integrity, teamwork, transparency and meritocracy.
  • Coaching from an experienced Luxembourg Senior Fund Accountant.
  • High degree of remote collaboration across global offices.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: €70,000-€90,000 (flexible for an exceptional candidate).
  • Performance-based annual bonus.
  • 26 vacation days + 3 personal days.
  • €15 lunch vouchers.
  • Health insurance + pension.
  • Professional qualification reimbursement and internal development support.
  • Hybrid working (4 days office / 1 day remote), with a strong preference for more in-office time during the onboarding phase to ensure a smooth transition.
