Our client a leader in the provision of Pensions services would like to recruit an Head of Operations who will oversee a variety of tasks including;

Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and procedures often through managing and overseeing outsourced arrangements. This will include IT, financial, commercial, finance, legal, risk compliance,
HR, company secretarial and project management.

The priority of the role is to manage, oversee, improve, automate and otherwise overhaul business processes and the development of the capabilities of the business including compliance frameworks including managing
outsourced services and operations, all while managing the on-going delivery of services.

This is a full-time, hands-on position and with a small team a "doing" position at the heart of the business with considerable autonomy but also responsibility. It will suit a self-starter, curious, hard-working and who wants to work in a small, successful organisation and be involved in every part of the business operations.

You will be a multi-talented person with an understanding of budgets and forecasting and managing suppliers and the general running of the office and office based staff.
