Our client a leader in the Insurtech market would like to hire a HR and Operations Lead for their office in London this is a varied role that will encompass HR, Compliance and some office management tasks.

The role is focused on processes including on boarding of staff, ensuring the HR database is kept up to date and maintaining the employee benefits; managing the day-to-day office requirements, such as health & safety, suppliers and landlord; Broker On boarding and maintenance of the online database (REG).

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with a variety of administrative tasks and be happy working with various stakeholders in the business.
