Our client a UK based fast growing specialist lender to the SME Market would like to recruit a HR Business Partner who works with the Chief People Officer to develop HR Strategy and core processes with a specific focus on a newly acquired entity. You will manage the day to day of a TUPE transfer and redundancy consultation requirements relating to the cohort and provide expert advice and guidance to managers and staff on HR matters, supporting managers in dealing with potentially complex employee relations in a unionised environment, performance management and other employment issues.

Working with the CPO and client leadership team in the design and implementation of a people strategy to drive employee retention, engagement and the company culture and values.

You will have extensive generalist HR knowledge either in financial services or other complex matrix you have been involved with TUPE or M&A activity.
