Our client a global manufacturing and energy firm would like to hire a long term temporary paralegal to join their corporate legal team. You will assist in the drafting and negotiation of contracts, with levels of support and supervision depending on the value and nature of the contract. In addition supporting and coordinating on various compliance-related topics (ABC, Financial Crime, Data Protection, Competition, Export Controls and Sanctions), including conducting of due diligence and associated risk assessments and planning and delivery of training across the business.

You will have some legal or related experience. This may include:

• A law degree or law conversion in the UK or overseas.
• Prior work as a Paralegal or Legal Counsel (or similar) in the UK or overseas.
• Experience in a field closely related to Legal (including Company Secretarial, Compliance and IP).
