Job title: Research Manager

Job type: 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Location: London

Working style: Hybrid, 2 days in the office

Package: £55k-£65k DOE

We are currently partnered with an Insurance provider who are dedicated to helping to understand and prevent the impacts of climate change. The company we are partnered with are looking for a Research Manager to join their collaborative and innovative London team.

The ideal candidate for this role will be somebody who has experience with research and project management. This person will be leveraging their methodologies and project management experience to help to pioneer meaningful initiatives. In this role you will not only be involved in project management and research but also partnership development and policies.

As the Research Manager you will be:

  • Insuring goals are achieved within structured delivery cycles where the Manager manages a multitude of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Working on quantitative and qualitative research possibly on urban resilience, infrastructure, climate resilience and climate change.
  • Reaching out to the academic and governmental parties to engage them and their resources.
  • Participating in policy-related matters, governance, academia.
  • Leading the project and ensure deliverability, reporting to the Head of Research.
  • As and when needed working on site.

You will need:

  • Experience in managing research projects and all the stakeholder management involved, as well as being an experienced researcher.
  • Knowledge of a multitude of Research Methodologies.
  • Strong Project Management skills.
