Join a Global Infrastructure Hub and fantastic collaborative team. We are seeking a Reward Advisor to support our great team. This role involves contributing to the development and management of reward and benefits activities aligned with our business objectives. THIS ROLE IS A HYBRID ONE WITH 3 DAYS IN THE OFFICE
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the implementation of reward schemes and projects.
- Managing annual reward processes such as salary reviews and bonus plans.
- Conducting data analysis and producing dashboards.
- Ensuring compliance with reward governance and processes.
- Delivering annual pay reporting processes.
Qualifications:
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to manage multiple priorities
