Key Details:

• Location: Dublin
• Salary: €75,000 - €85,000 (depending on experience)
• Visa Sponsorship: Available
• Sectors: Pharma, manufacturing, technology, services, distribution, and large corporates
• Client Base: Mix of domestic and international clients, including Public Interest Entities (PIEs)

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery

• Oversee audit assignments, coordinating with teams across different service lines
• Develop and mentor team members, fostering professional growth
• Contribute to business development and practice growth initiatives
• Monitor financial performance, including billing, fees, and cash collection
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards

Requirements:

• Fully qualified CA(SA), ACA, ACCA, or CPA
• 5+ years of post-qualification experience in audit, ideally within a medium or large practice
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of audit methodologies
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple engagements
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
