You will be able to work from home making weekly trips to their trendy, dog-friendly offices in central London.
What you will do
- Be directly involved in the recruitment, selection, induction training and ongoing skills development for our Customer Success Team, ensuring we attract and retain the very best
talent
- Oversee customer engagement teams with a perspective-taking approach to improve customer experience
- Strengthen the brand with a caring and agile approach assisting customers with queries, requests, technical support and claims through all company channels.
- Influence culture and help create advocacy through making people the company's greatest asset.
Experience
- Proven track record of designing and delivering excellent customer success and
experience.
- Front-line leader, experienced in providing support and mentorship
- Strong analytical rigour and able to make data driven decisions
- Demonstrable ability to tailor robust and measurable personal development plans
- Achieved or exceeded Customer Success KPIs set by Senior Management
- Proficient in using Salesforce
Advantage
- Knowledge of Fin-Tech or Insur-Tech
- Knowledge of Trade Credit Insurance
- Experience of working within a regulated industry
Compensation: 35K - 45K Depending on experience
