The Opportunity

Based in heart of the West End of Central London, this high-profile organisation, is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to joins to their finance team. This organisation has a fantastic reputation, is global and are incredibly successful

What you will do:

  • Preparation and in-depth analysis of the consolidated monthly actual, quarterly forecast and annual budget financial reporting (including additional deliverables) to Group
  • Preparation of monthly Finance pack
  • Production of financial sections of presentations to be delivered by the Chief Financial Officer at meetings/committees
  • Successfully build a network of key points of contact across functions and geographies within the Group
  • Participate in and contribute to an energetic team culture
  • Co-ordinate and execute certain central tasks such as the annual impairment review, accounting for deferred share awards and lease accounting under IFRS 16.
  • Coordination of certain Finance teams across to facilitate the timely and accurate production of financial information and liaise directly with them to resolve any queries raised or areas identified for further investigation
  • Review Balance Sheets for certain entities on a quarterly basis and respond to any Balance Sheet-related requests from Plc or other areas of the business
  • Support the annual Remuneration Committee process by analysing and presenting the data submitted by each country ahead of each Remuneration Committee meeting
  • Continually drive improvement in quality and efficiency of financial reporting processes through alignment of local and global processes and policies to meet the objectives of Group's reporting requirements

Experience

  • Ideally ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA qualified with at least 5 years' post qualified experience
  • Breadth of expertise in financial reporting and providing commercially focused insight/analysis
  • Experience of using a large-scale consolidation and reporting system is essential.
  • Strong technical accounting and IFRS knowledge and experience of dealing with relevant accounting issues
  • Proven ability to proactively and independently identify and assess issues, leading appropriate action to find and deliver solutions
  • Evidence of working calm under pressure and successfully managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proven ability to manage own workload, taking into account needs of stakeholders, timelines and deadlines and wide prioritisation
  • Experience of working in a team including supporting others, drawing on support from others and sharing in successes and challenges
  • Proven ability to build rapport and relationships with a range of stakeholders across a business
