Job Title: Senior Tax Accountant

Job Type: Permanent, Fully Remote or Hybrid 1-2 days in office London or Aberdeen.

Package: £70,000 - £80,000 + bonus and benefits package

About the role:

You will be reporting into the Finance Director and Tax Lead whilst managing 1 direct report. The main purpose of the role is to Manage Direct and Indirect Tax requirements for Asset team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all direct and indirect tax reporting/filings for the business unit covering both UK & overseas locations.
• Preparation of the UK Corporate Interest Restriction return
• Overview of divisional tax reporting and accounting (tax packs, and tax cash forecasting)
• Preparation of tax disclosures for legal entity financial statements, supporting the finance team with reporting requirements.
• Assist with audit and preparation of the annual SAO summary and ensure compliance for each legal entity.
• Assist with the preparation/review of the PAYE Settlement Agreement (PSA) for the UK legal entities
• Assist he HR/recruitment and commercial teams with IR35 compliance, review SDAs and assist with contractual requirements.
• Address ad-hoc tax related queries and support ad-hoc tax projects as required
