Support Lawyer - Transactional Law Secondment

We are currently working with a Magic Circle Law Firm who is looking for a Foreign Qualified Lawyer (Ideally from a Commonwealth jurisdiction) to join a 6-Month client secondment.

The Law Firm is looking for a Support Lawyer with experience in Transactional Law (Employment, Business, Banking or Corporate). Also, understanding and previous knowledge using Legal Documents is required.

Some of the requirements for this position are:

• Foreign Qualified Lawyer (Ideally in a Commonwealth jurisdiction)
• Experience in Transactional Law (Employment, Business, Corporate, Banking)
• Excperience working with Legal documents
• Strong communication skills
• Experience dealing with stakeholders would be an advantage
• Availability to start in a new position around mid-April
