Position: Systems & Process Lead

Type: Temporary to Permanent (3-month temporary contract)

Pay Rate: £450 - £550 per day

About the Role:

An opportunity has arisen for a vibrant Finance Manager, Systems & Process Lead to join our client's team. This role plays a crucial part in supporting a significant transformation journey, focusing on the optimisation of core finance processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the transformation and continual improvement of end-to-end finance processes: Service to Cash (S2C), Source to Pay (S2P), Project to Retire (P2R), and Record to Report (R2R).
• Act as a change agent, collaborating with stakeholders and championing new ways of working to drive innovation.
• Provide expert guidance on system integration and process interdependencies, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose.
• Monitor and maintain risk controls and audit requirements for core finance processes.
• Lead the delivery of business change initiatives, including project planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in systems or programme transformation delivery.
• Qualified Finance professional or Record to Report specialist with in-depth business and systems knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with a proven ability to build relationships quickly.
• Experience as an agent of change, successfully leading others through transformation.
